Position Summary: Seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer experienced in Rust,  Node.js, and additional programming languages to join our rapidly expanding team. The ideal  candidate will have specialized experience in developing scalable live video platforms similar  to Twitch and YouTube, along with deep expertise in cloud management, security, DevOps,  and performance monitoring.  

Responsibilities: 

• Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality full-stack applications, emphasizing backend systems and infrastructure for live video streaming services. 

• Build and optimize real-time video streaming functionalities, ensuring stability, scalability, and low latency. 

• Implement secure, reliable infrastructure management practices with comprehensive cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar). 

• Oversee cloud infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficient cost management. 

• Design and implement effective monitoring, logging, and alerting systems. • Collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and UX designers to deliver seamless, engaging user experiences. 

• Continuously optimize performance, reduce latency, and ensure high availability and reliability. 

• Actively participate in DevOps practices including continuous integration, continuous delivery, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code. 

• Contribute to architecture discussions and advocate for best practices and emerging technologies. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Proficiency in Rust, Node.js, and experience with other backend languages (Python, Go, etc.). 

• Proven experience developing live streaming platforms or similar high-performance video services. 

• Deep knowledge of video streaming technologies, protocols (RTMP, WebRTC, HLS), and media servers. 

• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes/Docker. • Expertise in security best practices, encryption methodologies, and infrastructure security. 

• Extensive DevOps knowledge, including CI/CD pipeline design, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Kubernetes). 

• Proficient in modern monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic, or similar.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced startup environment. 

Qualifications: 

• 5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer, with demonstrable expertise in live video and cloud infrastructure. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills, with an ability to translate complex technical concepts clearly across teams.
